During a visit at the Auschwitz Memorial Christoph Heubner, Executive Vice President of the International Auschwitz Committee commented as follows on the Cologne Administrative Court‘s decision for surveillance of the AfD:
“Survivors of the Holocaust are definitely welcoming this clarifying decision, especially at this time.
The Administrative Court in Cologne has exposed the wolf beneath the sheep’s clothing of the AfD by concluding that:
The AfD may and should be under surveillance by the Office for the Protection of the Constitution, because it is unable to disprove it is a right-wing party through to the core, and that it is permanently trying to destabilize democracy. Consequently, the decision of the Administrative Court in Cologne has given the AfD and its feeble attempts at deception a hearty slap in the face.”
